6 Simple Head Massage Movements to get rid of Wrinkles

Even if you regularly take care of your skin, visit a cosmetologist and do “beauty injections”, this is not always enough for a young person. Of great importance is the condition of the muscles and tendons of the head and neck. This affects the color of the skin and whether swelling, ptosis, wrinkles are expressed or the face will remain fresh and toned.

We at Happy Worthy Life decided to figure out what the head aponeurosis is and why daily quick massage in this area gives a noticeable face lifting effect. And also picked up the necessary exercises.

The aponeurosis of the head is a wide tendon plate, which is located under our scalp. The so-called tendon helmet (scalp) becomes motionless with age, loses elasticity and grows stronger to the skull. Shrinking, it slows down the microcirculation of the blood and creates the effect of a tight rubber cap, which presses on the head and lowers the face down. Because of this, overhanging eyelids appear, lowered corners of the eyes, burst, deep wrinkles, the oval of the face “floats”.

The tendon helmet has a healthy state of mobility, and it can be restored with self-massage in this area. The more mobile the helmet, the fresher the face.
