The liver, kidney, bladder are important organs, but we tend to forget about them, which can backfire. We are so lucky that we got two of our kidneys, but we have to pay attention to them because our lives can depend on it. In a few simple steps we can preserve the health of these organs in the long run. Most importantly, get rid of them of toxins.
1. Take back the salt and soft drinks
They are an integral part of the average diet, but it is worth reducing their consumption. We only consume moderate amounts of coffee, soft drinks, salt and protein-rich foods. Try to have a mini detox every few days and do not eat these foods at all twice a week. Even your favorite food has a salt-free version.
Pamper yourself with more tea, water and cranberries
There are many foods that help to eliminate toxins. These include green tea, ginger tea and pure water. Eat more vegetables and fruits, cranberries and browns. The fruit is great for breakfast, instead of dessert, but even for snacks. You can also add cranberries to tea.

Dr. Arnold Kegel developed pool exercises in 1948 for women who have incontinence, especially after childbirth or menopause. If you do these exercises regularly, you can prevent the drip of urine. Just tighten your pelvic floor muscles, count to 10, and then relax them. Count again to 10, then repeat the exercise 30 times. Do it 10 times while sitting, 10 times lying down, 10 times standing. Exercise 3 times a day, that is, tighten the pelvic floor muscles 90 times a day. Empty your bladder before you begin and make it a part of your daily routine.
7. Train your liver
There are exercises that can help the liver function. On the right side you can feel your liver by pressing up and down under your ribs. You can press, rub, or gently tap it 100 times a day to maintain your health. It is also a good practice to turn the trunk 15 times left and right. Stretching exercises are also recommended daily, approx. 5 hours a week because they also do wonders for the liver.
8. BONUS: Some smoothie recipes
Smoothies improve kidney health. You can start with the following recipes: Mix 1 cup of almond milk, half a cup of tofu and half a cup of spinach. Add fruits, eg. berries, apples or pumpkin seeds. You can make healthy smoothies with soy milk, frozen bananas, half a mug of spinach and your favorite fruit. It will be more effective than spirulina.
